And I have the kids fulltime & she hasnt paid any support. left 3 years ago. Can a Tax Lawyer help me.? Am I going to get my money?

You need to provide more information. I assume "the Tax Advocate" is not the IRS’s Taxpayer Advocate, because she would not be holding your money.
