are so talented that we NEVER pay taxes and keep every penny we make? Does it make the Libs angry that our family spends our money as we see fit and that we give millions only to those charities that are worthy rather than allowing Libs to mindlessly spend our money on garbage?

I’m trying to find out how to minimize the tax burden faced in a dissolution, unfortunately it’s not possible to have the finances treated like a marriage so, the lawyers want to get creative and we need some suggestions from all those accountant types — the problem isn’t california, but the federal government. If anyone has any suggestion about cash payments to one of the parties in the dissolution I’m all ears!

I’m looking to incorporate my company in nevis so that I can keep my assets for the company private. While I live in Pennsylvania, my company is run completely online so I don’t have a physical business operating presence in pennsylvania. What type of tax ramifications do I need to look out for. Note: I will pay income taxes on the money that I transfer - it just wouldn’t be the corporate taxes. Thanks!
