Missouri state sales tax is what I’m looking for. Since April of last year, I guess they made it official that every state has a sales tax, and it must be applied to all things you buy. I was looking for some help on this.

I own a company which designs software and one of our products is targeted at the legal profession. I have an email list of 1,000 attorneys that I compiled from the state bar association’s records, and I would like to send out a survey to these attorneys so that I can get an idea of the viability of my product. Would this be illegal? Would this be Spam? How could I avoid breaking the law and avoid having my email filtered through spam?

My father had back taxes and files for bankruptcy in early 2006 now the federal government is comming after the back taxes. Does the bankruptcy take care of those taxes or is he still liable for them? (Lives in Kansas if this matters)

‘Real Housewife’ Danielle Staub may sue N.J. man over sex tape
One of the stars of Bravo TV’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” may sue an ex-boyfriend from Morris County she says is looking to cash in on her newfound fame by trying to sell videos and pictures of her engaged in sex acts, according to a report on NorthJersey.com.
Danielle Staub of Wayne — the subject of allegations of a sordid past in some of the juicier segments of the show — said she plans to file suit in state Superior Court in Paterson today, accusing former boyfriend Stephen Zalewski, of Lincoln Park, of defaming her and invading her privacy, according to a spokesman.
Zalewski — who also made a brief appearance on the recently aired series — told several parties and the media that he had a recording of Staub engaged in acts of a sexual nature, according to Tom Ammirato, a spokesman for Staub and her attorney, Darren Del Sardo of Wayne, the newspaper reported.
