Many people have inquired as to how to apply for a presidential pardon for IRS.
The federal guidelines are quite clear as to this issue.
One must submit a petition and use a form, which may be obtained for the Pardon Attorney at the Department Of Justice, Washington DC 20530
The Pardon Attorney is required to review each application according to strict federal guidelines and the President is not obligated to follow or even consider those recommendations but may possibly agree with and rule in favor of those recommendations to commute or pardon one’s obligation to the IRS.

Those of us, who currently pay the most for our own health insurance, are going to see increases in taxes on our policies.
This will discourage companies from offering coverage with good benefits, and force me and my family to financially accept a policy that doesn’t offer as many benefits.

I heard from a friend in NY that if you plead not guilty to speeding at your summons and the officer who pulled you over is not there, then they immediately dismiss all charges. Is this true? I live in NJ, however, I don’t know if that makes any difference.
Would I be better off just talking with the attorney and working out a plea deal? If I plead not guilty, can they convict me somehow with only the officer’s report as their evidence?
I’m currently a tax lawyer working in Melbourne Australia. Quite bored in Melbourne and work is slow because of the economic times we are going through. I have an opportunity to work in either Sydney or in the US (LA or New York). If I move to one of the US cities, I will of course have to sit the applicable Bar Exam. I am thinking that Sydney will be mostly like Melbourne. Is it worth moving to a new country (i.e. the US) and which city in the US would be best in terms of lifestyle - NY or LA? Okay, so I am going to school for my Business degree, as an accounting student. After I get my BA degree, I can take the CPA test. Do Accountants and Auditors generally make the same salary? If I get my CPA, can I easily become an auditor? Is there anything I need to know?
The way that I figure it one of the main gripes about the Illegal problem is the drainage that they create on our social services. so would it be wise to limit said services to Citizens and Legal Aliens exclusively?
